HOW TO JOIN THE TEAM

Step 1: Application
When you find a particular role that interests you, apply by clicking on the desired position and submitting your updated resume (and cover letter if required).
Step 2: Shortlisting
Once you submit your application, it goes through a pre-screening process, which varies depending on the position you’re applying for. If we find a match, we will then contact you for the round 2 assignments.
Step 3: Interviews
If you are selected, we will arrange an in-person interview. Depending on the position, we may require a Round of Phone or Skype Interviews before asking you to come into the office. We usually organize at least 2 rounds of interviews where you will have the opportunity to meet and speak with your prospective peers and manager, as well as a member of our Executive Team.
The interviews are a chance to get to know each other better and for you to tell us what makes you stand out from the crowd. You can share your career goals, your skills and strengths, as well as areas where you would like to grow. You will get insights into life at HUMAN and our culture. It’s also a great opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.
Step 4: Offer
If you’re successful, you’ll be offered a job. The offer will give you a good understanding of the role and what to expect here
Tips to Apply
Highlight your passions, motivations for applying and your love for the position you are applying for. Tell us how your skills and expertise would contribute to our stellar team. Be specific.
Look at an interview as a mutual exchange of information. Approach it with a positive attitude, relax and enjoy your HUMAN experience. Based on our observations, we have put together some know-hows.

Browse our website, check out our Facebook, find out more about our products and glean some insights. Be able to articulate what we do, who we are, what our mission and values are and why you want to be a part of our team.
2. Know what you want
Read the job description carefully to figure out how well you align to the role. Focus on what you can bring to the table, what makes your brain bubbling with enthusiasm and how that aligns with our mission.
3. Show the real you
We want to know what is not present in your resume. Share your valuable experiences and insights, summarize your achievements and charm us with your stories.
4. Dare us
Go ahead and quiz the interviewer with one sharp question after the other. It’s one of the best ways to establish a connection and for us to learn how serious you are about pursuing a career with us. Make us think.
Listening is one of the best ways to build the rapport and is as important as answering the questions. If you’re not paying close attention to our questions, you might just give us passable answers rather than remarkable ones.
6. Show us you’re on it
